- Responsible for the general administrative duties such as handling of documentations, data entry and etc.
- Assisting with financial tasks, such as managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and preparing collection reports.
- Maintain proper filling of all documents for record keeping.
- Assist in office general accounts, admin and operation.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint. Familiar with SQL accounting system would be added advantages.
- Must be self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn.
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technically sound and competent.
- Computer literate and experience with accounting software will be an added advantage.
- To assist in any ad hoc reporting and job assigned as and when required.
- Relevant working experience will be added advantage
