- Manage product listings and promotions across various online platforms, including TikTok Shop, Lazada & Shopee Shop and our e-commerce website.
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and optimize product performance.
- Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Collaborate with designer to develop compelling visuals, videos, and copy.
- Track content performance and engagement, and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Enhance TikTok livestreaming plan to engage and convert viewers into customers.
- Coordinate with live hosts to plan and execute livestreaming sessions.
- Analyze livestream performance, provide insights, and adjust strategies to maximize viewership and sales.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and other popular social media platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with TikTok Shop or other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada).
- Knowledge of trends in the lingerie and fashion industry.
- Familiarity with video editing tools and livestreaming software.
