Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Website Manager to join our esteemed team at Kian. As a Website Manager you will oversee the planning, development, and maintenance of the organization's website. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as writers, marketers and stakeholders to ensure digital presence and standard brand messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities include managing website content, analyzing performance metrics, coordinating updates and improvements, and staying current with digital trends. The ideal candidate will be savvy with trends, have strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and have knowledge of website analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Establish and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to effectively distribute content and engage our audience, including SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media.

2.Team Collaboration:

  • Manage and collaborate with a team of writers, marketers, and stakeholders to maintain a cohesive digital presence and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

3.Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop and oversee content for social media, email marketing, and other digital communications, with a focus on platforms such as META and LinkedIn.
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted and timely content to our audience.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.

4.Analytics and Reporting:

  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends in content performance.
  • Prepare reports on the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns, including ROI and KPIs, to optimize user experience.
  • Conduct research to track and analyze consumer behaviors and trends, integrating insights into digital marketing campaigns.

5.Budget Development:

  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

6.Innovation and Trends

  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
