Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to manage and optimize our network infrastructure, including FortiGate firewalls and other network devices, ensuring secure, high-performance connectivity.

This role also involves working with SIEM tools, making sure the infrastructure aligns with security best practices. The Network Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, implementing new solutions, and maintaining detailed documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Infrastructure Management:

• Manage and configure FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, and other network devices.
• Monitor and maintain the companys LAN, WAN, and cloud-based network systems.
• Handle network troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incident resolution.
• Implement and maintain network security policies that comply with industry standards (BNM, PCI DSS).
• Document network configurations, procedures, and changes to ensure effective network management.
• Work closely with network service providers and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues and implementation of new solutions.

Travel Requirements:

• Be open to occasional international travel to Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, and other locations as required for network installations, upgrades, or security audits.

Key Requirements:

Certifications:

• Fortinet NSE 4 (FortiGate Security) is mandatory for expertise in FortiGate firewall management.
• Additional certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), are highly preferred for advanced networking skills.
• Knowledge of SIEM tools and security-related certifications, such as CompTIA Security+ or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), would be an advantage.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise networks, including FortiGate firewalls.
• Familiarity with network security, firewall rules, and VPN configuration.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools for network monitoring and threat detection.
• Conversational Chinese is required.
