  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:-

  • To support Technical Manager to deliver safe, legal and good quality Lotus’s own brand products, which are sourced from suppliers with food safety standards and ethical labour standards.
  • To ensure products and suppliers meeting legal requirement, all company policies, and procedures.
  • To support Technical Manager in managing suppliers’ performance and standard in accordance with business strategic direction.
  • Being the guardians of own brand integrity and reputation
  • Analyze, recommend, and communicate product quality performance and supplier performance to related parties effectively.
  • To support Technical Manager in investigating customer complaints, non-conformances and crisis management, ensuring corrective and sustainable preventive action in placed at suppliers’ sites.
  • To assist Technical Manager in reviewing and approving technical information on own brand product packaging as well as product shelf life.
  • Establish appropriate specification with own brand suppliers.
  • Manage the surveillance of own brand products.
  • Drive innovation and improvement in product quality, deliver New Product Development plan.
  • Submit monthly KPI on timely manner and ensure all technical data in trackers are up-to date.
  • To update work in progress weekly and to complete all assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:-

  • Degree or equivalent in a Science/technology or related Science discipline, preferably Food Science and Food Technology.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance & Quality Control / product development in Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, communicate effectively, attention to details with analytical mind set.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
  • Demonstrated problem solving, decision making, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • High energy, positive attitude, proactive and possess commercial acumen.
  • Willing to travel extensively with Technical Manager.
