The HR Executive will be driving HR excellence across the business divisions in the organization. The primary responsibilities will include recruiting, onboarding, talent development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Job Responsibilities:
Functional (job responsibilities)
  • Implement and facilitate the full spectrum of recruitment process, including but not limited to sourcing candidates, job postings, pre-screening, interview arrangements
  • Adopt effective and innovative methods of recruitment and participate in recruitment marketing programme, e.g. career fair, career talk, collaboration with education institutes
  • Implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies, leveraging data analytics, social media, and recruitment technologies to engage the best talent
  • Collaborate with other departments to assess talent & training needs, create development plans, and facilitate growth opportunities
  • Ensure all staff employment records are compliant with regulations and stay up to date in HRMS
  • Perform data analysis and management reporting to help the organization in process of decision making
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees
  • Initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention and employee engagement
  • Assist in the daily operations of HR functions/duties and HR related administrative matters.
  • Involve in other assigned projects if applicable

Jobholder Requirements
Education/Qualification
  • Degree or equivalent holders
  • Completed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia
Experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with HRMS (Workday) is preferable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
