  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Repair, customize, maintain, or overhaul both customer and Company owned motor vehicles as close to the allotted time schedule as possible with excellent quality.

Roles and responsibilities

Vehicle Service:

  • Carry out fault diagnosis, servicing and repair work to all types of motorcycles in line with the service operations manual set out by Harley-Davidson
  • Address customer concerns listed in the job card
  • To identify/find additional service work and report to the Service Consultant to assist the department reach or exceed its financial targets
  • Ensure that work, as detailed on the job card is completed within the manufacturer's standard repair times, where possible
  • Use motorcycle covers and other protection available for customer's motorcycles at all times
  • Return damaged/broken warranty parts to the parts department ensuring that each returned part is referenced to the appropriate job card number
  • Make notes and suggestions on job cards Follow all safety standards and requirements Road test motorcycles

Service Department Operations:

  • Notify Service Consultant/ Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known so that customer may be contacted and notified of the delay
  • Follow service process and policies
  • Maintain accurate time tracking/ clock-in & out

Requirements:

  • Certificate or diploma from an accredited learning institution on automotive or mechanical technology
  • Able to carry out diagnosis, servicing, and repair work in line with the service operations manual set out by Harley-Davidson. The manual will be mainly in English
  • Address customers concerns and able to make constructive suggestions
  • Prior experience working on cars or motorcycles is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experienced in working on 500cc and above motorcycles is an advantage
  • Self starter, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
