Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare monthly Payroll accurately and timely according to employment rules and regulations.
  • To verify the accuracy of data and correct any discrepancies.
  • Handle payroll related matters including via email and preparing payroll report.
  • Manage employee benefits including medical insurance, personal accident and benefits claims.
  • Conduct periodic audits of payroll and benefits data, generate and analyze reports, and provide insights to management based on payroll and compensation data.
  • Communicate changes in payroll, tax, and benefits policies to employees, and provide guidance on related inquiries.
  • Support job grading structure review, job mapping exercises, and prepare for the annual review exercise, including bonuses and salary reviews.
  • Maintain and update personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
  • Any other Ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related field in a manufacturing environment with good knowledge in payroll and C&B.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with good interpersonal skill.
  • Familiar with Success Factor, SAP , HR cloud systems.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and data quality.
