Responsibilities
- Process and prepare monthly Payroll accurately and timely according to employment rules and regulations.
- To verify the accuracy of data and correct any discrepancies.
- Handle payroll related matters including via email and preparing payroll report.
- Manage employee benefits including medical insurance, personal accident and benefits claims.
- Conduct periodic audits of payroll and benefits data, generate and analyze reports, and provide insights to management based on payroll and compensation data.
- Communicate changes in payroll, tax, and benefits policies to employees, and provide guidance on related inquiries.
- Support job grading structure review, job mapping exercises, and prepare for the annual review exercise, including bonuses and salary reviews.
- Maintain and update personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Any other Ad-hoc tasks.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field in a manufacturing environment with good knowledge in payroll and C&B.
- Ability to communicate effectively with good interpersonal skill.
- Familiar with Success Factor, SAP , HR cloud systems.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and data quality.
