Lead Accountant

• Job Responsibilities:
• Handle daily accounting operation and ensure compliances to accounting GAAPs, policies, and SOX controls on all procedures.
• Responsible for month end closing activities by coordinate daily operations across departments and SOX compliance activities.
• Ensure month end closing and accounting related transactions process in timely and accurate manner.
• Responsible for Finance Reporting, Compliance and Taxation including Management Report, General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Audit and Taxation etc.
• Support Corporate, Management Reporting and Plant activities.
• Liaise with share service center and various departments to ensure finance reporting accuracy.
• Support plant activities such as cycle count, fixed asset verification and waste compliance etc.
• Drive process improvement and automation to streamline end to end processes.
• Support new business initiatives and address risk and concerns.
• Ad hoc and other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
• Assist management in managing various ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
• Manage ad-hoc projects assignments and work closely with various business partners such as process improvement etc.
• Uphold integrity, teamwork and committed to accept new challenges.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and above in Finance or Accounting.
• A professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) is an added advantageous.
• Possess 8 years and above relevant Finance and Accounting working experience in manufacturing company or audit firm.
• Proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated and must have demonstrated ability to work well with people as a team member.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
• Superior analytical skills and a high level of attention to details.
• Ability to work well with multiple teams and different cultures.
• Able to multi-tasking and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong and positive interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively across different levels in organization.
