- Perform day-to-day account receivable financial transactions i.e issue invoices and credit notes;
- Liaise with internal stakeholders or customers for any changes requested on invoicing;
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly recorded in QuickBook accounting system;
- Check and verify the Insertion Order and Sale Order.
- Update the sales report and costing reports;
- Perform monthly manual upload, or key in, invoices into customers' accounts invoicing portals, or supplier portals;
- Update payment received in bank book and accounting system, ensuring no receipts are left unallocated at month end and co-operate with credit controller and peers for unidentified receipts;
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues and request;
- Assists in month end and year end account receivable closing;
- Maintain an organise filing/scanning of payment advices and supporting documents;
- Render support during interim and final audit;
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma or higher diploma certificate in accounting.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Applications and accounting systems.
- Must be details focused with excellent communication skills and have the ability to interact with people from all levels.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- The qualified individual should be able to successfully thrive and lead in a fast-paced and dynamic digital marketing environment.
