  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Manager at CTC- Global Sdn Bhd located in Petaling Jaya. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client portfolios, building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of IT solutions and systems integration
  • Ability to analyze data and identify client needs
  • Experience in the technology or IT industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
  • Certifications in Account Management or related field are a plus
