Job Summary: The Lead/Senior Marketing Executive will lead and execute marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on event management, strategic marketing planning, and social media engagement. This role requires a creative and results-driven professional to enhance brand visibility and drive audience engagement through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful execution and ROI analysis post-event.

2. Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and event invitations.
  • Segment audiences and tailor messaging to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor email campaign performance, analyzing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and ROI to optimize future campaigns.

3. Social Media Planning:

  • Create and manage social media content calendars
  • Develop engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
  • Analyze social media performance and generate reports to inform strategy and improve engagement.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the creative team to produce marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Liaise with external vendors and partners to enhance marketing initiatives and event execution.
  • Present marketing strategies and performance results to stakeholders and senior management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event management and social media.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing events and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media management tools).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
