Key Responsibilities
- You will build excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and business stakeholders
- You will need to quickly develop good understanding of our SAP template (within 1 – 3 months)
- You will build knowledge of our SBU processes within a short timeframe (1 – 3 months) to facilitate rapid solutioning
- You will evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is followed as closely as possible
- Assist the site achieve and maintain zero recordable injuries by ensuring you follow health and safety guidelines and participate in regular safety programs.
- Ensure adherence to EH&S policy and procedures and any other site-specific safety guidelines.
- To collaborate with an autonomous team in integrating customs advice, customs automation, and cross-border collaborations.
- To provide international experience, legal and operational know-how, and integrated teaming across advisory, trade, and automation.
- To clarify and validate business requirements in the global trade area.
- To understand existing solutions and propose optimizations.
- To design new IT solutions, writing RICEFW specifications.
- Involvement in the Unit Test (UT)/System Integration Test (SIT) scripts preparation and test execution and supporting User Acceptance Test (UAT).
- Degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required. MBA is preferred.
- Min 7 years’ experience with process knowledge of SAP S/4 GTS and SAP SD modules
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including technical writing. Mandarin speaking will be an advantage
- Played a Consultant role in some SAP S/4 implementations for these modules.
- Knowledge of business processes within the Supply Chain and Global Trade Services.
- Experience using SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and incidents would be advantageous
- Experience with ABAP and ability to perform basic debugging
