Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operational matters of the accounts
  • Cash in and cash out checking for daily and weekly.
  • Performing transaction Key in and checking.
  • Preparing documents for management account (Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger, Management Account, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly closing of accounts.
  • Monitor bank balance, cash flow position and fund placement.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
  • Answering queries and provide solution.
  • Execute direct task from superior.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and other regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agent, bank and company secretary.


Job requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or other accounting related fields.
  • Minimum requirement of capability in reviewing Full Set of Accounting (Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger, Management Account, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet); capable of working with Full Set of Accounting is also desired.
  • Strong in double entry.
  • 3 4 years of working experience.
  • Familiar with Excel (Lookup Features), Word, Power point, SQL and relevant accounting system (Autocount, UBS, etc.)
  • Capable to work independently with little supervisory.
  • Good command of spoken & written in English & Malay.
  • Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem solving skills and committed to meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and has an organized working attitude.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
