What You'll Do

As a Senior Sales Manager (Logistics), you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing key accounts within your assigned channels. You will be responsible for deriving strategic approaches for commercial activities based on regional strategies. Your role will also involve ensuring sustainable growth in terms of volumes, revenues, and gross profit within your respective cluster or country. Additionally, you will create and execute a Commercial Key Account Management plan that aligns with the regional sales plan.

  • Drive sales in the cluster/country related to all Key Account Management through the assigned channels.
  • Assure training and educational programs for Commercial team to be conducted in line with regional programs and local requirements.
  • Keep functional costs as per budget through efficient processes and resource allocation.
  • Derive the strategic approach for Commercial activities in the assigned cluster/country from the regional Commercial strategy.
  • Ensure sustainable growth in terms of volumes, revenues and GP in the respective cluster/country.
  • Create and execute Commercial Key Account Management plan for the cluster/country in line with regional sales plan.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Senior Sales Manager (Logistics) position brings a wealth of commercial experience within the international logistics industry. With at least 5-6 years under your belt, you have honed your interpersonal skills and have gained substantial commercial management experience. Your strong communication and presentation skills set you apart, as does your ability to listen effectively and moderate discussions. An excellent command of spoken and written English is essential for this role.

  • Degree holder or equivalent industry-specific qualification.
  • At least 5-6 years of relevant commercial experience in international logistics industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial management experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good listening and moderation skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
