Randstad has recently partnered with a Fintech company that provides consumer financing platform. They are looking to hire two Senior Business Development Executive to join their sales team.

About The Job

  • Identify potential clients within the motor dealer industry and develop a strategic approach to engage and secure new business.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and pitches tailored to prospective clients' needs and industry-specific challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication, regular follow-ups, and addressing client concerns promptly.
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and successful contract closures.

About The Requirements

  • At least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing clients in the automotive industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
