  • At least Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR

Job Responsibilities:

  • KPI Development: Draft and design Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each team and department.
  • Implementation: Ensure KPIs are effectively implemented across all departments.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance against KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for development.
  • Support: Assist managers and teams in understanding and meeting their KPIs, providing guidance and resources as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with departments to refine KPIs and performance processes to align with organizational goals.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions on performance management and KPI usage for staff.
