About Us:

JA Assure Sdn Bhd is a dynamic and innovative company that is part of the JA Group of Companies. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Admin Executive to join our team and support our Admin Director in handling administrative, HR, finance, and IT-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Admin Director, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Support financial operations, including banking, data entry, invoice processing, and expense reports.
  • Contribute to IT-related tasks, such as system administration, data management, and troubleshooting.
  • Learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
  • Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a positive work ethic, attitude, and team-oriented approach.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English)
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
