Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about company products.
  • Assist customers with their product-related needs and guide them through the buying process.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our database.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in customer engagement activities and events.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors or management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, and experience of 1 year or more in customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar systems.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
