  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant Trainer / Junior Learning & Development Specialist to work closely with our Training Manager to support our growing training initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design and facilitation of training programs, managing training materials, and ensuring participants have an enriching learning experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about training and development, eager to learn, and looking to build a career in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and facilitation of training programs.
  • Help create engaging training materials, presentations, and assessments.
  • Support the logistics of training sessions (venue setup, participant coordination, materials distribution).
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
  • Provide administrative support for training events, including scheduling and tracking participant attendance.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to identify new training opportunities and improve existing programs.
  • Help ensure training programs align with company goals and compliance standards.
  • Conduct trainings once completed TTT (Train-the-Trainer).

Qualifications:

  • A degree / diploma in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Passion for learning and development with a desire to pursue a career in training.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a training or education role is an advantage but not required.
  • Familiarity with training tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Learning Management Systems, Mentimeter) is a plus.
