ROLLING MACHINE TECHNICIAN

Unity Forging Technology Sdn Bhd is a leader in manufacturing industry. We are seeking a dedicated Rolling Machine Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in our production operations.

Job Summary: The Rolling Machine Technician is responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rolling machines used in the production of forged metals process. This role ensures efficient production while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and calibrate rolling machines according to specifications and production needs.
• Operate rolling machines to produce high-quality products efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain production quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on rolling machines to prevent downtime.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of machine operations, maintenance, and production metrics.
• Collaborate with production team members to meet production schedules and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies throughout the manufacturing process.
• Assist in training new employees on machine operation and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Previous experience as a rolling machine operator or technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a production setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials as needed.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and noise.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
