Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and goals for assigned markets.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of competitors' activities, offerings, and products/services to ensure competitive advantage.
- Maintain constant communication and provide feedback to the Marketing team to optimise marketing activities for generating quality leads.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with prospects to understand their needs and requirements.
- Create, update, and review sales pitches and presentations.
- Prepare, update, and review tender documents, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate and close deals that ensure profitability and revenue growth for the company.
- Continuously research and analyse new sales opportunities by targeting appropriate markets, industries, and prospects while maintaining good relations with existing contacts.
- Participate in relevant online or physical networking sessions, seminars, conferences and workshops to build professional networks.

- Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the HR software industry.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to technological changes.
- Preferably specialized in payroll systems, human resources systems, or equivalent.
- Experience in planning and delivering client servicing strategies to retain customers, increase brand loyalty, and expand the company brand.
- Ability to generate leads and initiate contact with prospective clients to introduce HR services and solutions.
- Skilled in negotiating terms, pricing, and contract agreements with clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments to align business development strategies with overall company objectives, including sharing insights and feedback from prospects for product and service improvement.
- Knowledge of the latest developments in the HR industry, including new technologies, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines.
- Solution-oriented with a "can-do" attitude and solid problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with different departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for networking, negotiations, demos, and presenting ideas.
- Familiarity with project management tools and other business development technologies.
- Experienced in handling corporate sales across enterprise customer segments.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and business targets.
- Strong customer satisfaction management skills.
