Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within the project ecosystem, including End-Users, Specifiers, Contractors, and Project Delivery Partners (PDP).
  • Proactively follow up on projects, build a project pipeline, and ensure long-term business opportunities are created.
  • Post-sale, continue to engage with ongoing projects, ensuring delivery and exploring additional business opportunities.
  • Manage the relationship with Project Delivery Partners (PDP) to ensure sales forecasting, project pipeline development, stock availability, and internal sales capabilities are met.
  • Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and identify sales opportunities.


The Successful Applicant
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting Contractors, and Project Delivery Partners (PDP) to complete the full project lifecycle.
  • Degree in any field of Engineering.
  • Proven ability to create and manage project opportunities.
  • Capable of delivering presentations and training to audiences at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Independent, customer-oriented professional, able to collaborate with sales support teams and management remotely.
  • Knowledge of Low Voltage products is a plus.
  • Position based in Johor Bahru, Johor.
