Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in senior HR administration or similar roles, ideally with a background in global or multi-site operations
  • University degree in HR, communications, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing technology and making data-driven decisions
  • Strong background in budget management, policy formulation, and process optimisation
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, with a proven ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
  • Strategic and analytical thinking ability, with robust problem-solving skills.
