- 15+ years of experience in senior HR administration or similar roles, ideally with a background in global or multi-site operations
- University degree in HR, communications, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing technology and making data-driven decisions
- Strong background in budget management, policy formulation, and process optimisation
- Exceptional leadership qualities, with a proven ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
- Strategic and analytical thinking ability, with robust problem-solving skills.
