Job Responsibility
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Team Management: Lead and coordinate the work of landscape architects, contractors, and other team members from project inception to completion.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Site Management: Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with designs and regulations. Supervise, manage ongoing works and ensure work progress of the ongoing project in accordance to works program, contract and specification
- Quality Control: Ensure high-quality standards in landscaping work and materials used.
- Problem-Solving: Address any issues or changes that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Reporting: Prepare progress reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Report to senior manager/project director on the project progression.
- Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
- More than 6 years' relevant experience in landscape design and project management.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
- Good in time management, must be team player.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Knowledge of landscape design principles and horticultural practices.
- Able to demonstrate capability of project management and on site soft and hard landscape knowledge
- With own transport and able to travel outstation
- Well-versed in AutoCAD, Microsoft project and preparing method of statement is a prerequisite
