  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Position Overview:

As a Technical Content Writer , you will work closely with the marketing team to create high-quality content for our website, blog, and social media channels. This position involves a deep understanding of our Odoo ERP solutions and requires the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Content Creation:
    • Write detailed articles, blogs, product descriptions, and whitepapers focused on Odoo ERP features and benefits.
    • Develop engaging how-to guides, FAQs, and feature explanations for customers.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Team:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align content with marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Create captivating social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional content.
  • SEO and Optimization:
    • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO to drive organic traffic.
    • Regularly update website content for relevance and accuracy.
  • Documentation & Training Materials:
    • Assist in creating user manuals, case studies, and technical documentation.
  • Trend Monitoring:
    • Stay updated with ERP industry trends and Odoo’s latest developments to reflect new insights in the content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a technical content writer or similar role in software, ERP, or technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Odoo ERP.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with SEO techniques and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content strategy.
  • Ability to translate technical jargon into simple, understandable language.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams and following brand guidelines.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, odoo, and WordPress.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
