We are looking for hardworking and motivated individuals from Malaysia to join our Admin Support Team to assist with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication and support for our swimmers and their families.

Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager in our Admin Support Team, your main responsibility will be to handle day-to-day communication and administrative support for our swimmers and their parents. Your duties include but are not limited to:
- Responding to inquiries regarding class schedules, payments, new registrations for classes and tests
- Managing questions across all our social media platforms
- Supporting general administrative tasks related to swim classes and events
Requirements:
- Work Attitude: The most important factor we value is your commitment and hardworking nature.
- Education: Degree education is welcome but not essential. We prioritize individuals with a positive work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- Location: You must be willing to travel to Singapore for at least six months of training. After training, you will have the flexibility to work remotely from Malaysia. However, you will be required to return to Singapore to support peak periods, such as during tests and competitions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willingness to travel between Malaysia and Singapore
