Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Bake: Create a variety of pastries, breads, cakes, and other baked goods.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop and innovate new recipes.
- Ingredient Management: Measure and mix ingredients following recipes and food safety standards. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stored properly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef in a café, bakery, or restaurant setting.
- Education: Formal training in baking, pastry arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in baking techniques and working with a variety of doughs, batters, and pastry types.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
