Join our team as a sales and marketing manager where you will play crucial role in developing new business relationships and maintaining existing clients/accounts

Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and lead a team of fitness professionals, fostering a high-energy environment that encourages enthusiasm and excellence to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and identify growth areas and Proactively seek out new leads through events, social media, and community engagements.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand fitness offerings, attracting new clients, and enhancing client retention through energetic and creative approaches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their feedback and ensuring their satisfaction with the fitness programs ensuring they feel valued and motivated.
  • Oversee budgeting for fitness programs, including equipment purchases, staffing costs, and marketing expenses.
  • Monitor and analyze business development activities, including client participation and financial metrics, measuring success against goals and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Stay ahead of fitness trends and integrate new, exciting elements into programs to keep offerings fresh and appealing and execute vibrant promotional campaigns that captivate potential clients and generate buzz.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts.
  • Tailored sales pitch to each client’s unique fitness goals and needs, leveraging your energy to make the conversation engaging.
  • Encourage and inspire clients to pursue their fitness goals, both during the sales process and after they joined.
  • Maintain a positive, high-energy demeanor even during challenging situations or slow periods.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in sales/business development preferably in the fitness industry
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • have sales minded approach to sell memberships/products and achieve/exceed monthly sales target
  • Your high energy and enthusiasm should be infectious, helping to create a motivating and exciting environment that attracts and retains clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
