Job Responsibility
- Develop comprehensive policies, procedures, and standards for the entire logistics process, end-to-end coverage to ensure the accuracy, relevancy, and adequacy of policies.
- Conducted audits of employee performance to ensure adherence to quality standards, while maintaining positive customer and agency relations.
- Organize and execute internal audits for drivers, focusing on proof of delivery, proof of pickup, return to seller, and SOP non-compliance.
- Design and develop the process flow of reporting lines for disciplinary actions, establishing clear channels for reporting and resolution.
- Organized and conducted training and briefing sessions for various teams on new guidelines, utilizing strong communication and presentation skills.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and recommend and implement improvements when required.
- Responsible for damaged parcels and lost parcels: standard, fine and incentives.
- Administer and reporting damaged parcels and lost parcelsâ data.
- Analyze the rate and minimize the risk.
- Ensure the policies, standards and workflow carried out efficiently.
- Able to communicate in multiple language is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Graduated with a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in related background (Quality Management, Supply Chain & Logistic) is preferred
- Fresh graduate also is encouraged to apply!
- Preferably logistics supply chain business products and system products, understand warehousing and distribution business scenarios.
- Having excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Energetic, determined and highly capable disposition.
