HR Assistant
1. Recruitment and interview support
Assist with the recruitment process, post job information, screen resumes, arrange interviews and keep in touch with candidates. Prepare interview materials and assist the HR manager or other recruitment manager in interviews.
2. Employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
Handle the onboarding procedures for new employees, including contract signing, onboarding training, file establishment, etc. Handle the offboarding procedures for resigned employees and ensure that employee files are updated and organized.
3. Employee file management
Maintain and manage the personal files of company employees, including updating employee contact information, attendance records, salary and benefits information, etc., to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the files.
4. Attendance and leave management
Responsible for employees' daily attendance records, including leave, sick leave, overtime, etc., to ensure the accuracy of the data. Manage employees' leave applications according to company policies and generate attendance reports regularly.
5. Salary and benefits support
Assist in processing employee salary payments to ensure that employee salary data is accurate. Manage employee welfare programs, such as social security, medical insurance, pensions, etc., to ensure that employees enjoy the benefits stipulated by the company.
6. Employee Relationship Maintenance
Serve as a communication bridge between the company and employees, handle employee questions, complaints and suggestions, and help solve daily personnel issues. Assist in organizing employee activities and team building to promote a good working atmosphere.
7. Training and Development
Assist in arranging employee training and development plans, including coordinating training courses, preparing training materials, managing training records, etc., to ensure that employees receive continuous career development.
8. Policy and System Implementation
Assist in implementing the company's personnel policies and rules and regulations to ensure that employees comply with company regulations. Communicate new policy information to employees in a timely manner and answer related questions for employees.
9. Document Processing and Administrative Support
Handle daily personnel documents, such as contracts, notices, announcements, etc. Assist the HR manager or other departments to complete related administrative tasks.
1. Educational requirements
Usually requires a college or bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, psychology or related majors.
2. Experience requirements
Requires 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
3. Communication skills
Have good oral and written communication skills, can effectively interact with employees and management, handle daily affairs and communication needs.
4. Organization and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, have good time management skills, and ensure that personnel work is completed on time.
5. Care and responsibility
When handling detailed work such as employee files, salaries and benefits, you need to be extremely careful and responsible to ensure that the information is accurate.
6. Computer skills
Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and human resource management systems (HRMS), and can handle personnel data and files.
7. Interpersonal skills
Have strong interpersonal skills, be able to maintain good communication with employees, and deal with potential employee problems or conflicts.
8. Confidentiality awareness
HR assistants handle a large amount of information involving employee personal privacy and company confidentiality, so a high degree of confidentiality awareness and professional ethics are required.
9. Basic legal knowledge
Have a basic understanding of labor law, contract law and related human resources policies, and be able to ensure that the company's personnel policies comply with relevant laws and regulations.
