SHOP MANAGER (SKS MART SKUDAI)

The Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves inventory management, sales strategies, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and supervise shop staff.
• Create and maintain a positive team environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Operations Management:
• Oversee daily shop operations to ensure efficiency.
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor shop performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure high standards of customer service are met.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Foster relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Inventory Management:
• Oversee inventory levels and reorder products as necessary.
• Ensure product displays are appealing and well-stocked.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and manage shrinkage.
• Sales & Marketing:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
