We are looking for a talented SAP CRM Consultant to join our project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements and enhance customer relationship management processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CRM solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
  • Manage end-to-end SAP CRM implementation projects, including system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Provide technical and functional expertise to integrate SAP CRM with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Support users through training, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP CRM process flows.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimization measures.


Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in SAP CRM implementation and support.
  • Expertise in configuring SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).
  • Strong understanding of SAP CRM architecture and integration with ECC/ERP systems.
  • Experience with CRM Web UI and SAP middleware configuration.
  • Knowledge of business processes related to sales, service, and customer management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • SAP CRM certification is an added advantage.
