Key Accountabilities:

  • Analyzing, Designing, and Optimizing B2B systems to satisfy the needs of the business requirements according to specifications and business processes.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders and users to understand their B2B system requirements, identify pain points, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • System Design and Analysis: Analyze existing B2B systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimize processes, enhance system functionality, and increase efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve system issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with development teams or external vendors to implement appropriate fixes or workarounds.
  • Report and utilize weekly and monthly operation performance metrics including key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvement.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, process flows, test cases, and user manuals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and manufacturing to align requirements, address concerns, and communicate project/issue progress.

Key Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or IT.
  • Mandarin speaking capability.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in System Development, able to study and map out Architectural diagram – integration blueprint (B2B EDI system).
  • Knowledge of Office Software - Excel and SQL.
  • Data visualization and analytical skill.
  • Support Internal and External customers requirement – operation planning data related issue.
  • Quick learner and ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Passionate and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication skill – required to communicate with OSAT (external supplier) / internal team.
