Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead our technical recruitment initiatives and contribute to the development of a strong, inclusive work culture. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various roles, such as software developers, engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop strategic hiring plans while also playing a key role in fostering and maintaining a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for technical positions in collaboration with department heads and hiring managers.

- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to source and engage with qualified candidates.

- Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Provide timely feedback to candidates.

- Candidate Experience: Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear and professional communication.

- Technical Assessment: Collaborate with technical teams to create and evaluate technical assessments and tests for candidates.

- Work Culture Development: Collaborate with the HR team and leadership to develop, implement, and maintain a positive work culture that emphasizes employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being.

- Culture Initiatives: Support and initiate employee engagement activities that foster collaboration, diversity, and inclusion within the company.

- Diversity and Inclusion: Develop and implement recruitment initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive hiring process.

- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand by participating in industry networking events, tech meetups, and career fairs.

- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications for technical roles.

- Data-Driven Recruitment: Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide regular reports to HR leadership on the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

- Onboarding: Work closely with HR and technical departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, integrating them into the company culture effectively.

- Compliance: Ensure the recruitment process complies with employment laws and regulations, including diversity initiatives and equal employment opportunity standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for engineering, IT, and other tech-related roles.

- In-depth knowledge of various technical disciplines (software development, data science, network engineering, etc.).

- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques and technical assessment methods.

- Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in developing work culture and employee engagement programs.

- Previous experience in a high-growth tech or startup environment.

- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow for candidate sourcing.

- Knowledge of AI-driven recruitment tools and recruitment marketing strategies.
