  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Evaluate payroll processes to identify gaps and implement solutions for improved accuracy and efficiency while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Provide strategic direction for payroll team, ensuring alignment with business and client needs
  • Develop and implement best practices for managing complex payroll operations in a high-volume environment, ensuring seamless integration with HR and finance functions.
  • Lead the transformation of payroll processes to drive efficiency and automation, identifying improvement opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and support scalability.


The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in global payroll management, with a proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of HR, payroll regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience in a multinational company (MNC) environment, such as Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), Centers of Excellence (COE), or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), is a plus.
