Job Purpose:

The core objective focuses on analyzing and understanding the diverse segments without our current consumer landscape. These segments are categorized based on various factors such as demographics, behavior patterns, unique traits, and tenure with the bank. By leveraging data insights, the aim to develop tailored value propositions and initiatives that effectively engage clients and drive growth in both CASA and TD accounts."

Key Responsibilities:

To work within the realm of developing propositions tailored to specific market segments. The responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging on data and insights to dissect internal base into distinctive groups with similar characteristics and needs
  • Collaborating with product, marketing and other teams to create value proposition tailored to each segment. This involves designing products, services and messaging that resonate with the unique needs and preferences of each segment
  • To launch transaction-based campaigns aimed at boosting engagement and increasing usage amongst the bank’s client (include debit card campaign)
  • To develop a mass affluent segment and create a dedicated proposition that effectively captures and engages this group of clients
  • Implement a “Go-To-Market” strategy that focuses on marketing initiatives and collaboration events for optimal market penetration and engagement
  • Designed a comprehensive marketing strategy with the aim of reaching all segments consistently for effective cross-selling and enhanced customer experience (CX)
  • Craft an anti-attrition strategy aimed to retain the current consumer base
  • Continuously monitoring the performance of proposition within each segment, entailing tracking and analysis of the campaign

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Over 3 years’ experience in proposition/ or marketing experience, preferably in crafting impactful initiatives and campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills, identifying patterns, and segmenting market effectively. Proficiency in the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, competitor analysis, and marketing techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for presenting complex data in a clear and understandable manner
  • Collaborate work style; effectively engages with partners and stakeholders within and across organisation
