  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Local Talents who have at least 3-4 years of experience working in Fund Accounting/Fund Operation Team would be a perfect fit for this role. The Department primarily manages fund prices/Net Asset Value (NAV) and trades confirmations for all funds in the Company.

*NOTE: Candidates will be required to attend early morning shifts and work on public holidays onsite (on rotation basis depending on the market/region).

Responsibilities

  • To perform daily trades confirmation with brokers and financial institutions
  • To extract and verify market closing prices for Equity and Fixed Income trades
  • To monitor corporate actions and maintain the Security Master in the system
  • To liaise with trustees, custodians and the Press on new fund accounts opening and fund prices publication
  • To prepare statutory reporting

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting or other related fields
  • 3 – 4 years working experience in relevant field
  • Possess intermediate/advanced skill in Excel (i.e. Macro, VBA) will be an added advantage
  • Meticulous, detailed oriented and able to work with tight deadlines
  • Fresh graduates or applicants without relevant experience but who have strong academic credentials will also be considered for a junior role
