Functional (job Responsibilities)

  • Contact and resolicit to retain customers from cancelling their credit card based on offer matrix;
  • Understand customer's needs, negotiate and convince customer on the pricing terms in order to prevent them from leaving the bank;
  • Meeting all set productivity target on daily basis;
  • Keeping abreast with competitive issues, products and the financial market;
  • Active participation in providing feedback during discussions;
  • Comply with the code of conduct and ethics;
  • Fostering positive relationship with team members within team and department;
  • To carry out any other duties as directed by the management.


Organizational (organizational Responsibilities)

  • Adhere to department process and procedures in complying to audit, regulatory, and compliance;
  • Respect the HLB culture & take an active role in the communities;
  • Participate and display team work in all aspect of work, projects and assignments, Group Management Programs etc. at all times.


Education/Qualification

  • Degree Holder, preferably in marketing, mass communications, business and economics.


Experience

  • 2 years banking experience, preferably in credit card department.


Special Skills

  • Good analytical skill;
  • Able to sell and negotiate through telemarketing.
