Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: On-site, KL Concentrix Office, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and other applicable channels promptly.
  • Understand and route customer queries to the appropriate support channels, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
  • Handle customer escalations by tracking and escalating them as necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Accurately perform all procedures, including client-documented call flows, work processes, data entry, and complaint management processes.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
  • Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner, adhering to the client’s processes.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English and, for native speakers, communicate seamlessly in their native language.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to better address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment with flexibility in managing tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (open to fresh graduates) or diploma with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends.
  • Open to working 24/7, though the standard hours for the Korean market are from 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday - Sunday).
