Position Overview

The Learning Manager will play a critical role in designing and implementing talent and learning programs that align with the company's strategic goals. Reporting to the Head of HR, the Learning Manager will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing learning solutions, and enhancing the skills and performance of employees across all levels. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently as a single contributor to drive performance and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will bring high energy to the job and company, inspiring others and fostering a positive learning environment.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Develop Learning Programs: Create, design, and deliver comprehensive learning and development programs, including workshops, e-learning courses, and on-the-job training.
  • Collaborate with HR and Leadership: Work closely with the Head of HR and other leadership members to assess and identify training needs and align learning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and update training materials, ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Performance Improvement: Utilize data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and measure their impact on employee performance and business outcomes.
  • Facilitation and Training: Lead training sessions and workshops, using various training methodologies to engage participants and enhance learning experiences.
  • Talent Development: Support talent development initiatives, including leadership development programs and career progression planning.
  • Resource Management: Manage learning resources, including budgets, external vendors, and technology platforms.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing regular reports and insights to the Head of HR and senior management.
  • Qualifications and SkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs. Experience in the multi-level marketing industry is highly desirable.

  • Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
