Job Description

  • Experience in handling Petty Cash
  • Assist to source for suppliers and vendors for admin related work.
  • Handle weekly payment to suppliers and vendors
  • Familiar with banking enterprise fund transfer of payment to vendors and suppliers
  • To gather and download utilities bills , rentals and etc.
  • To manage data entries when needed.
  • To update invoices details. Manage, organize, and do filing for payment vouchers, billings and invoices that were issued to the accounts department.
  • To update and send payment receipts as proof to suppliers / management staff who hand-in the invoices.
  • Manage, update, organize and do regular checking on Supplier Invoices, Outlet Petty Cash, Cash Flow, Rental & Utilities and etc.
  • To open and issue repayment bills to certain branch when needed.
  • Ability to adapt and adhered to the company's policies & procedures and SOP

Job Requirements

  • You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ultimately, you should be able to support our senior managers and ensure our day-to-day office operations run smoothly.
  • Proven work experience as a senior administrative assistant, virtual assistant or executive administrative.
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations.
  • Hands on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
  • Available to join immediately
  • Mandarin speaking and writing - preferred
  • Bahasa Malaysia speaking and writing - preferred
  • English speaking and writing - preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
