Assistant HR Manager - ISO knowledge needed (Automotive)

Location : Bukit Jelutong

Industry : Automotive / Manufacturing

Skills : Degree in HR, Minimum 5 years experience in General HR including Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial relation, Training, ISO Audit. HR 2000 Experience in supervise a team. Experience in Employee handwork and company welfare activities (dinner, sport day and etc)

Requirements :

• Degree in Human Resources or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR Generalist
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry
• Independent and can work within tight deadline.
• Possess leadership, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skill

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of the HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations and payroll administration
• In charge for manpower planning at the most effective overhead cost.
• Familiar with the latest statutory requirements and implementation
• Manage employee relation and industrial relation matters.
• Upkeep the employee handbook, terms & conditions and policies.
• Handling employees’ insurance policies and coverage.
• Implement human resources standard operating procedure and ensure its enhancement and improvement whenever needed.
• In-charge for ISO 9001:2015 training and recruitment standard operating procedures and records.
• Organise the yearly Company dinner, teambuilding or activities for the employees’ participation
• Any other related tasks assigned by the Company as and when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
