Responsibilities:

  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.

  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Good writing and oral skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to speaks and writing in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient with social media platforms
