Operation:
1. Adherence to Alcon values and standards, observe and ensure full compliance with Alcon Code of Business Conducts.
2. To observe and ensure full compliance with Alcon Health Safety and Environment Standards.
3. Execute an efficient and effective PM activities. Ensure Facility equipment and systems such as Boilers achieves minimum downtime and minimum NCR. Provide Facility support to other functions as and when is required.
4. Ensure all PM records are properly recorded and kept. Ensure 24/7 round the clock support is provided to production.
5. Assist superior in cost reduction, cost saving, machine set-up and improve efficiency of PM and machines repairs time.
6. Promote effective communication with peers across all shift and ensure efficient shift hand-over and effective start-up meeting.
7. To troubleshoot the process and quality failures resulted from equipment/process related problem and propose permanent solution.
8. Responsible for local regulatory requirement for all type of equipment producing high pressure steam.
9. Updating all equipment and instrument Preventive Maintenance and other records in Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) system in use.
10. Strictly adhere 5S, GXP, Safety aspects and perform routine inspection to ensure the systems are operating in safe and good conditions. 11. Ensure Chemical & Fire Fighting equipment are managed and maintained in good condition.
12. Carry out safety device inspection such as Emergency eyewash, ladder & PPE inspection.
Health Safety and Environment (HSE):
1. Assist on Risk Assessment Team (HIRARC & Aspect/Impact) a) Conduct respective area risk analyses to identify issues and preventive measures b) Conduct environmental aspect & impact assessment c) Coordinate and execute for identified risks preventive measures in the HIRARC & Aspect/Impact.
2. Participate or support with an active role on the site emergency response team.

Experience : 1 Year in Maintenance of facility equipment
