Job Purpose
Responsible for developing the retail business in the region through programs and initiatives targeting key retail customers: end users, painters, and shop staff. This should be in line with the Decorative retail strategy and the regional direction to drive Retail growth ambitions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the retail programs and solutions to promote the best shopping experience in retail shops to attract, engage, and motivate customers to buy Jotun products.
• Manage and further develop retail programs, including Retail Expert Program and Master Painter Loyalty Program and drive growth in the region.
• Develop and rollout programs for key stakeholder in the retail channel (home- owners/painters/professionals).
• Take initiatives and drive retail innovation to achieve growth and business results across the region and continuously connect and build loyalty with our retail customers.
• Monitor the sell-out development of key products across markets and initiate campaigns when necessary to stimulate dealer business.
• Plan and oversee regional retail budget for existing programs/campaigns and innovations, gather and analyze key performance data on Jotun’s retail programs/campaigns and industry performance and as well as retail trends.
• Manage and communicate effectively with Jotun key stakeholders regionally and locally such as Innovation Board members, category teams and local marketing across the region.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 4-6 years of experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Must be proficient in verbal and written English.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to travel as and when required.
