  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

OTC Specialist - Shared Services

Your new company

My client is a Global Shared Service Center that is looking to hire an OTC Specialist to join their dynamic finance team.


Your new role

  • You will be responsible for Order-to-Cash operation activities such as daily sales reconciliation, sales receipt journal, bank transaction journal, bank reconciliation, etc.
  • Monitor and manage the performance and efficiency of the RTR function.
  • Prepare Journals, Reconciliation Reports, Accounting Analysis report to ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions.
  • Support on driving process improvement and digitalisation projects.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting & finance or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Order to-to-Cash in Shared Services environment. Prior experience in performing daily sales reconciliation, sales receipt journal, bank transaction journal and bank reconciliation.
  • Adept in SAP system.
  • Good command of English and communication skills.
