OTC Specialist - Shared Services
Your new company
My client is a Global Shared Service Center that is looking to hire an OTC Specialist to join their dynamic finance team.
Your new role
- You will be responsible for Order-to-Cash operation activities such as daily sales reconciliation, sales receipt journal, bank transaction journal, bank reconciliation, etc.
- Monitor and manage the performance and efficiency of the RTR function.
- Prepare Journals, Reconciliation Reports, Accounting Analysis report to ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions.
- Support on driving process improvement and digitalisation projects.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting & finance or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in Order to-to-Cash in Shared Services environment. Prior experience in performing daily sales reconciliation, sales receipt journal, bank transaction journal and bank reconciliation.
- Adept in SAP system.
- Good command of English and communication skills.
