Special Needs Education Teacher (Preschool)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Preschool Special Needs Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children with special needs and a strong commitment to creating individualised education plans that foster growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for children with special needs.
• Create and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to each child’s developmental level and needs.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support each child’s progress.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress and adjust educational strategies as needed.
• Provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated with best practices in special education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• State certification in Special Education (if applicable).
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children with special needs.
• Strong understanding of developmental milestones and special education techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals and families.

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
