- Handle customer complaint with care and professional manner
- To maintain cleanliness of Front desk counter
- Handles cash, sales, transactions and ensure accurate daily sales record
- Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time
- Fresh graduate and those from hospitality or Retail Industry are welcome
- Able to work 6 days in a week including weekends and Public holidays (Weedays Off)
- Able to perform shift work
- Have basic computer knowledge
