  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Overview:

As an HR Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients elevate their HR strategies and workforce capabilities. You will consult with businesses, diagnose their needs, and offer customized solutions in areas like talent management, corporate training, and HR tools. Your expertise will directly contribute to the growth and success of our clients’ teams and organizations.

In this role, you will also be responsible for meeting personal sales targets, driving business growth, and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client HR challenges and requirements through consultative conversations
  • Design and recommend customized HR and training solutions that meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services
  • Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted HR advisor
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets to contribute to company growth
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in HR and corporate training
